Jeff is the founder and driving force behind J&W Residential. With 15+ years of investment industry experience and 10+ years in real estate — spanning land development, construction, condo conversion, rentals, and house-flipping — he brings both the operator's instinct and the investor's discipline to every project.
Jeff spent over a decade in the financial services industry as part of a high-performing wealth management practice across Bellevue, Seattle, and San Francisco. He now applies that same capital allocation mindset to building a high-performance real estate and commercial development portfolio.
Wayne brings 35+ years of development and general contracting experience to J&W Residential. His background spans WSC Homes Inc. (Custom & Spec Home Builder) and Wayne Sharp Construction (Concrete General Contractor — Residential & Commercial), with deep expertise across residential, commercial, municipal, and infrastructure projects including foundations and flatwork.
Wayne has also spent 4+ years developing, owning, and operating an Express Tunnel Car Wash portfolio — bringing hands-on operator expertise to J&W Residential's commercial development work. When the job gets complex, Wayne is the person you want on the ground.
Max brings 15 years of finance experience across single-family, commercial, and multifamily construction. He served as CFO & Executive Director of MN Custom Homes for 6.5 years, overseeing all non-construction aspects of the business — Sales, Land Acquisition, Strategy, Expansion, Finance & Accounting, Legal, HR, and Technology. He helped scale that business from $75M to a $300M+ multi-state operation.
Max is a former CFO of Jones Soda Co. (OTCQB: JSDA) and a former CPA (WA: 26307). His financial rigor and operator mindset ensure every J&W Residential project is structured for performance, scalability, and long-term value creation.
Shannon is the connective tissue that holds J&W Residential together. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, she brings an invaluable eye for identifying undervalued parcels and guides the company's acquisition strategy from first look to final decision.
From concept to closing, Shannon manages the flow of every project — keeping timelines, communications, and transactions running smoothly. Her dual role in operations and brokerage gives J&W Residential a decisive edge in competitive markets where speed and precision matter.
